We price by volume — how much of the truck your stuff fills. A single item or small load starts at $99. A garage, a few rooms, or a washer-dryer pair lands in the mid-range. Big jobs — hot tubs, full-house cleanouts, a full trailer — run $599 and up. You get a firm, all-in quote on site before anything moves, and that number doesn't change.
Furniture, mattresses, appliances (fridges, washers, dryers, stoves, dishwashers, hot tubs), boxes, old electronics, yard debris, garage contents, office furniture, and general household junk. If it fits in the truck and it's not on our short no-go list, it goes.
Yes — a short list: hazardous chemicals, fuels, wet paint, asbestos-containing materials, and any appliance still connected to a gas line or hardwired at pickup time. If you're not sure about something, text us a photo and we'll tell you straight.
Eligible materials get routed to recycling or donation facilities when accepted and practical — metal, usable furniture, and similar items usually qualify. We don't guarantee every load gets recycled or donated; some items only have disposal options. But we route what we can instead of defaulting everything to the landfill.
The whole Las Vegas valley: Summerlin, Henderson, Green Valley, North Las Vegas, Spring Valley, Paradise, Enterprise, Centennial Hills, Boulder City, and everywhere in between. If your address is in the Las Vegas area, you're in range.
Call or text (702) 762-8917. Tell us what needs to go and where you are, and we'll schedule a time. A photo of the pile helps us size the truck and give you a tighter ballpark before we arrive. The firm, final quote happens on site — you approve it before we lift anything.
Often, yes. Call or text in the morning and there's a real chance we're at your door that afternoon. It's never guaranteed — the schedule is the schedule — but we'll tell you honestly what's open when you call.
Mostly no — you don't need to sort, bag, or drag anything to the curb. Three exceptions: empty and unplug refrigerators so they defrost; drain water heaters and disconnect them from gas and water lines; and make sure gas appliances and hardwired units are safely disconnected before pickup, because our crew doesn't touch gas lines, plumbing, or hardwired electrical. Clearing a path to the big items helps too.
Most residential pickups are done in under an hour once we're on site. Bigger jobs — full-house cleanouts, hot tubs, whole offices — take longer, and we'll tell you the plan when we quote it. Either way, you don't lift a thing.
Yes. Stairs, narrow hallways, attics, backyards, side yards — that's the job. Just tell us about the stairs or tight access when you book so the crew shows up with enough hands and the right equipment.
The payment method is confirmed during booking, so there are no surprises when the job is done. The price itself is quoted firm on site before work starts — approved by you, unchanged at the end.
It's firm — the number you approve on site is the number you pay, no hourly meter and no add-ons at the end. And getting the quote costs you nothing: if the price isn't right for the budget, we leave and you owe us zero.
