THE PLAIN-LANGUAGE VERSION
Clear terms. No fine-print theater.Terms of Service — Terms of Service.
These terms explain the basic ground rules for requesting and receiving junk removal services from G&G Junk Removal. If a written quote or booking confirmation says something more specific, that confirmed detail controls for that job.
1. Services and scope
G&G provides junk removal, cleanouts, furniture and appliance removal, and approved nonhazardous debris hauling in its service area. The exact items, access conditions, labor, and timing for a job are confirmed before service begins.
We may decline items or conditions that are unsafe, prohibited, hazardous, outside the agreed scope, or not suitable for lawful transport or disposal.
2. Estimates and final pricing
Photos, descriptions, and phone conversations may be used to provide an estimate. The final price can depend on the actual volume, item type, weight, disposal costs, stairs, gates, elevators, distance to the truck, and other site conditions.
We confirm the final price before lifting begins. If the job differs materially from what was described, we will explain the change and ask for approval before continuing.
3. Booking, arrival, and cancellations
A service window is confirmed when G&G accepts the booking. Arrival times may be affected by traffic, disposal-site conditions, earlier jobs, weather, or safety concerns. We will communicate material schedule changes when reasonably possible.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as soon as possible. Any deposit, cancellation fee, or special booking term will be disclosed before you agree to it.
4. Access and customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about the items, location, stairs, gates, elevators, parking, and other access conditions.
- Identify what should stay and what should go before work begins.
- Secure pets, children, valuables, and private documents away from the work area.
- Tell the crew about fragile surfaces, concealed hazards, utility lines, or property restrictions.
- Confirm that you own the items or have authority to authorize their removal.
5. Payment
Payment terms and accepted methods are confirmed with the job. Unless another arrangement is agreed in writing, payment is due when the service is completed. Additional work requires approval and may change the total price.
6. Property care and liability basics
We take reasonable care while working, but removal work involves lifting and moving bulky items through real spaces. Please point out delicate surfaces, tight clearances, existing damage, and other concerns before the crew starts.
If you believe damage occurred during service, notify G&G promptly so the situation can be reviewed. These terms do not limit rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be limited.
7. Questions and updates
We may update these terms as services or legal requirements change. The version posted here applies when you use the site or book a service. Questions? Call or text (702) 762-8917.
